Spaces for our events are very limited. When you book, a space is held and food is prepped just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves an empty space that could have been filled by another guest(s). This is why …

     ***  There are no date/time modifications or refunds

 for missed bookings or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. ***

Modifications or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to your booking by emailing elmhurstoutdoors@gmail.com. Cancellations will be subject to a 10% processing fee.

WEATHER ADVISORY: We are unable to provide refunds due to weather conditions as they are beyond our control. However, a full refund will be issued if we have cancelled an event for any reason.
